1. Painting

Making steps

Everything begins in silence. With a thought that slips inside like a ray of light. Inspiration comes from the softness of nature, from human faces, from feelings that have no name. The hand begins to draw, as if speaking without words. Lines find their direction, and form begins to breathe. Every stroke is a reflection of emotion, every shadow — a piece of a story. The drawing grows slowly, like a living organism. Between light and shadow, an image is born. It's the moment when thought becomes visible. This is drawing — pure, quiet, alive.

2. Design

Making steps

In the second stage, the drawing is transferred into a computer design program. Here, a precise vector file is created, optimized for laser cutting. Every line and detail is carefully checked to ensure the structure is stable and no part will fall out during production. Contours are refined, joints are connected, and any errors are eliminated. Special attention is given to accuracy and integrity — even a small deviation can affect the final result. The prepared file becomes the technical foundation that guides the laser to cut each shape with precision.

3. Laser Cutting

Making steps

The prepared vector file is sent to the laser machine. Using a 2 mm thick metal sheet for cutting. The laser precisely cuts all details according to the design, ensuring dimensional and shape accuracy. The process is controlled so that no part is damaged or lost. Each cut follows the file contours, resulting in a precise and consistent outcome. The metal takes its final shape, ready for assembly or further processing stages. It's the moment when the artwork begins to truly exist.

4. Framing

Making steps

Each laser-cut artwork is welded to a 10 mm thick metal frame. During welding, exact proportions and placement indicated in the visualization are strictly followed. Each joint is inspected for strength, symmetry, and visual quality. This stage ensures that the final product is stable, precise, and ready for further processing. And while the process is technical and precise, the artwork begins to speak on its own — light dances on the metal, lines come alive, and the idea takes a form you can almost touch and enjoy.

5. Sanding

Making steps

This is a meticulous hand process where every detail is carefully inspected and sanded. The goal is to remove any sharp edges or imperfections, leaving the metal smooth, soft, and pleasant to the touch. Each stroke is executed precisely by hand, taking into account shape, proportions, and the final aesthetic. This stage prepares the artwork for further processing and adds a subtle tactile quality. And while the process is technical and requires patience, each sanded surface begins to shine — inviting you to touch and explore its lines.

Making steps

6. Powder Coating

Making steps

The artwork is coated using powder coating in a dedicated painting chamber. The powder is carefully sprayed by hand, ensuring every detail is fully covered. The process is applied in multiple layers to prevent any uncoated areas. After painting, the piece is left to cure until the layers harden, forming a smooth, even, and durable finish. This stage ensures not only aesthetic quality but also protection, longevity, and resistance of the metal surface.

7. Packaging

Making steps

Each artwork is carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. Protective materials are used to shield the metal from scratches, impacts, and moisture. Packaging is done meticulously, with each piece secured to ensure the final product reaches the client in perfect condition.

8. Delivery

Making steps

Each artwork is handed over to a trusted courier, who safely transports it to your home. During transport, care is taken to ensure that the packaging remains intact and the metal artwork arrives in perfect condition. Courier delivery usually takes around 5 business days, depending on distance and route. This stage completes the production cycle and ensures your piece reaches you safely and on time.

9. Hanging

Making steps

When the artwork arrives at your home, it feels as if it is waiting for its place. Small holes in each corner of the frame hide the included nails. The piece rests against the wall naturally, firmly, and perfectly. Just a few simple steps, and a moment of art appears in your home, inviting you to explore it with your eyes and heart. You can enjoy your artwork, feeling the play of lines and the dance of light on the metal surface.
